Should I put the card list and playtest notes in the set overview section of the Forum? I don't know practically how we are going to track all the potential playtesting.Nich Graysonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08686832423418814443noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5479847193762153273.post-13837285753083488712015-10-26T14:57:42.800-04:002015-10-26T14:57:42.800-04:00I don't think there's a definitive list of...I don't think there's a definitive list of cards anywhere, but you can use the side-nav (Tesla, under Projects) to find the entire history of the set. There's also a forum (linked at the beginning of this article) where people are discussing the mechanics currently under consideration.zefferalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13845251416516553492noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5479847193762153273.post-88059414016709226442015-10-24T19:42:17.758-04:002015-10-24T19:42:17.758-04:00Is there a list of Tesla cards and mechanics? Is there a list of Tesla cards and mechanics?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5479847193762153273.post-58620899576758113262015-10-23T11:46:46.771-04:002015-10-23T11:46:46.771-04:00Nice write-up!

That won't play like a normal format, but it's plenty to show you what works and what doesn't.

We could simply take all the commons for one mechanic, fill out with some core set staples, double if necessary, and go. Alternately, take any two mechanics and make a deck of those.

More advanced set-ups will be important soon, but may be wasted effort this early.Jay Treathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09428861685923241850noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5479847193762153273.post-17013683933745588632015-10-23T00:21:41.119-04:002015-10-23T00:21:41.119-04:00Agreed, for the most part. I do think we'll want to be playtesting drafting mechanics like Mecha, but you're right, that's not exactly the correct move for this early on.Inanimatehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00440653491352410437noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5479847193762153273.post-54825789367753915812015-10-22T22:41:26.604-04:002015-10-22T22:41:26.604-04:00My playtest recommendations: If you're playtes...My playtest recommendations: If you're playtesting a single particular mechanic to put it through the ringer, I wouldn't do a full-on limited playtest to do it. Make ten commons with the mechanic in whatever colors are appropriate, simulate 4-5 other packs of Origins, cut out the rares and uncommons, and build a limited deck. Repeat for a second deck.zefferalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13845251416516553492noreply@blogger.com
