Both help you play a 'fair' game of magic.Zachhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14318011531403551812noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5479847193762153273.post-48017269063794223482013-02-16T13:00:43.787-05:002013-02-16T13:00:43.787-05:00If you're really 2 lands behind, shouldn't...If you're really 2 lands behind, shouldn't you just have a Plains in this slot in your deck instead of a value landfetch card?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17647677781801914930noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5479847193762153273.post-72333252043255546482013-02-14T10:00:50.445-05:002013-02-14T10:00:50.445-05:00There are a few decent iterations. Giving mono-white a reliable way to jump from 2 to 4 feels pretty loose without forcing them to at least touch green.

I'd also be interested in something like:
To Greener Pastures W
Sorcery
Kicker 1G
Search your library for a Plains card and put it into your hand. If To Greener Pastures was kicked, put that card onto the battlefield tapped instead.

This would could function as (slightly inferior) Farseeks 5-8 in some decks, but would have the backup mode of Tithe.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01750001933150335655noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5479847193762153273.post-39126072053825464862013-02-13T15:25:09.799-05:002013-02-13T15:25:09.799-05:00What if it got a Forest instead of a Plains? What if it got a Forest instead of a Plains?Jay Treathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09428861685923241850noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5479847193762153273.post-40038491644705516062013-02-13T15:16:29.176-05:002013-02-13T15:16:29.176-05:00This is an awesome card. But, rightfully so, white should only get Plains. You're doing this here, which is good. Green's the one who's color pie is supporting multiple colors.

However, I want this name for a different spell. It'd be a green spell that searches for Forests in some manner. Scapeshift comes to mind for the "grass is greener on the other side" thing.

Nit-picky personal preference regarding the name aside, this is awesome.bradleyrosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05284973109981113059noreply@blogger.com
