I agree, it's probably not a good idea to print it, but I don't know for sure.<br /><br />In fact, now I wonder about cards somewhere between city of brass and the "tapped if you control two or fewer other lands" cycle. Like, a land that produces any colour, or two or three colours, on the first few turns, but colourless thereafter. That helps aggressive decks get started, but doesn't help splashes.
