Cool Card Design of the Day 12/21/2012 - I didn't design this for today, nor even consciously select it for today, but it does seem appropriate for the day the world was supposed to end.
Where by "the day" I mean, of course, "yet another day" the world was supposed to end.
Why's everyone in such a hurry for the world to end anyhow? Got somewhere to be?
I'd like they keywords to be outside of the condition because I think they're easier to keep track of that way and it's not a powerlevel concern anyway.
I always felt that the ability to circumvent its enormous mana cost was what made Raging Goblin so incredibly broken. The fact that being put in along with combat damage synergized so well with Haste was just an added bonus.
It does play well with Doomsday.
ReplyDeleteI think we're all just anxious to get out.
A good way to end standoffs in Limited. Plays well with Leveler too. Wonderful Johnny one-drop, of which there aren't many. Well done.
ReplyDeleteI like the idea! I think maybe if it was low-life it'd be easier to track than cards in library, but it is a really sweet idea as is. :)
ReplyDeleteCould just as well be a Fateful Hour card too.

ReplyDeletestrictly better than Raging Goblin??
DeleteBut I guess you can't cheat it into play with Lackey, so that balances out.
