    1. They haven't printed it yet because 1-drop acceleration has to come in creature form. Otherwise, if ramp becomes good, it's harder for the metagame to push back.

    2. Is 1-drop acceleration still too good when it only works ~1/3 of the time?
      (It might well be, but I'd be curious to see.)

    3. Good question. It might be okay in terms of power level, but I still think we won't see a card like this. Development really likes automatic metagame answers, and the 1-drop slot is a bad place to take risks. (I guess it's not the very worst place; 0-drops and lands are even more dangerous!)
