8/21/2013 - This design's well over a year old. It's pretty clearly uncommon both in complexity and card advantage. Comparisons to Eternal Witness are inevitable; the point was to make something worse, but not strictly worse.
I'm guessing the noncreature requirement had some external inspiration, like maybe I made this during Innistrad or something, but it sure does look strange in a vacuum. I'd remove that today. Maybe I wanted to see what a balanced and green Snapcaster Mage would look like?

It certainly can cast Mulch.
ReplyDeleteThis alone means that it cannot possibly be named this.
DeleteSo the spell must be green, noncreature, and CMC <= 2. That's a lot of restrictions. This clearly isn't constructed playable. What limited deck does this go in?
ReplyDeleteIt's a Bloodbraid Elf for pauper?
DeleteI'm pretty sure this just wants to cast anything with CMC 2-.
