    Enchanted creature gets +0/+3 and assigns combat damage equal to its toughness rather than its power.
    Aura Equip 1GW (1GW: Attach to target creature you control. Equip only as a sorcery. This card enters the battlefield unattached and stays on the battlefield if the creature leaves.)

    1. Is there a reason not to do that as a straight up equipment? There's definitely precedent for gold artifacts and equipment

    2. It could be an aura or it could be a colored artifact. Colored artifacts are pretty few and far between and specific to a unique setting. I could see it, but for the more traditional fantasy setting suggested by the art that seems like an odd fit. That said, if Aura Equip is too weird:

      Might need to cost a touch more...
      You could put this on an X/1 and it would be effectively a 4/4 at least.
      Or you could put it on a Looming Altisaur and have a 10/10.

    5. It's intended to be a draft around uncommon, and I could certainly see it cost 1GW. I imagine GW gets Oakenform for two mana, and this can be much better than Oakenform. Of course on a 3/1 it's much worse than Oakenform and it still doesn't avoid 2 for 1s with removal.

    7. I'm not a big fan of the Rancor text, it's clearly old fashioned with weird timing loopholes and repetitive game play. I'd rather see this as a limited draft around uncommon that might see play in a boggles-esque deck or Doran Commander decks.

    I had another idea called "mismatched guardians" but it turned out I'd reinvented Collected Company but weaker.

    1. I'm guessing 3/1? I don't like the sac to regenerate clause here all that much. What if it was ETB regenerate another target creature, with a Ball Lightning self-sacrifice as well? That would push it more BR or RG, although since it's precombat, RW still works.

    2. Oops, supposed to be 3/3. The idea being you can attack with it but sac it if opponent finds a bigger blocker

    3. Why is my Guardian Wurm smaller than most, not green, and sporting two keywords that only work on offense?

      Let's ignore the name and type: I don't see a strong mechanical connection between our keywords and the activated ability, but I do see a play pattern where you attack with this early and then save a better creature with it later. Still, it could do that without any keywords.

      I'm struggling to see a clear identity for this card.

    4. I agree it's not the best creature type, but what would fit better? It's not a dragon. Is it a worm?

    1. What the what? That's wonky enough to be a commander. There's definitely some disconnect in making spirit tokens White when that's not any of its three colors.

    2. This card is needlessly complex. Why does my 1/1 ghost need to have all of the targeted creature's abilities? Do we really want to have to track which of 3+ 1/1 tokens is which creature?

      Where are these spirits coming from? They don't relate to anything dying, but they mimic certain living creatures?

      How about this?

    3. I wouldn't expect to see a lord at common, but maybe at six mana, it's doable? One of these is Craw Wurm + Plant, which is fine. Two gives you two 8/4s and 2 Plants. I guess that's fine too, since they still don't have trample and still die to 4/1s. Probably only dangerous with another common wurm with good stats and trample.
      I'd be curious to playtest this at common.

    1. Awesome interpretation of the art.

      Is she eating my dead?
      Is she eating my living and my unborn?!
      Is she regurgitating all she's eaten in the form of a huge unkillable wurm?!!
      Is she seeing anyone?

      Two-mana walkers are hard. And necessarily weird. This is weird. But not much worse a pitch than devil-face.

    1. Also a creative interpretation of the art.
      This is better than Mind Control against creatures with power 3-. It's also situationally better up to about 5 or 6 power because you're often getting a 3:1 (instead of the usual 2:1) by blocking and killing one their other attackers.

      I like a lot about what this is doing, but it's scares me from a dev perspective. It might not be a Sphinx's Revelation but it could have a large impact on Standard. I guess we can let Dev tweak the cost or consider removing the (color-appropriate) untap rider.

    1. What's the story here? Is Siya getting better at raising wurms on available carcasses? Is that why the second one is twice the size of the first, and the fourth twice that? We can track how many cards Siya has exiled by putting them under her (which would feel safer if it could only exile from your a single player's graveyard), but how do we track which wurm token is which size?
      Why does the GW card make BG tokens?
      Is 0/4 as interesting an option here as 2/2 or 2/3?
      There are some variable-cost timing concerns: The first time you activate this, X is 0 because she hasn't exiled anything yet, so you pay 0 and get a 0/0 wurm which dies immediately.
