Personality, I'd get rid of the mana cost and just make the additional cost be what it takes to cast the card. Possibly with a color restriction for the different cards.
Especially when the body is not super impressive, I don't think that's too broken. That said, this really needs something so that it can't bring itself back by playing a second copy.
