9/16/2016 - Here's the reverse of yesterday's elusive, inspired by a comment from Jack a while back.
The completely unambiguous reminder text is about 5 lines, and this is short and to the point. To be clear, reliable doesn't prevent you from reducing your hand size when you mulligan, it just guarantees one card that will be in your new hand.
It's not limited to early game cards; you could put it on any rare or combo piece that you want players to be able to reliably draw—hopefully you see the danger inherent in that, but it could work on a single card with a lot of internal variance.
I imagine you need a "reveal it" clause to prove that you are not cheating but otherwise I love how simple and clean this is, especially on the lands.
