Primal Forcemage is such a neat haste lord
Tempest Caller is a weird name for a Red card. I feel like it would be very thematic to grant the haste creatures First Strike.
Two different self-combos! And one self-nonbo (can grant itself haste, but useless as it already has it). Overall I feel like it has one ability too many. I'd be inclined to drop either the first or the last ability.
The last ability is the least pure to the idea, definitely greedy there.
