How about a version with "creature tokens for every card put into your graveyard this turn"? Triggers off of nontoken creature death/sweepers like these, but also fetches, mill, and artifact destruction. Probably could get away with 2/2s at 3G, I imagine. Make them Wolves or Insects scavenging at the collapse of a town/society.
