Not much to add, but seems a nice idea. I like variants on "creature deals damage", because it's usually shock but has upsides (deathtouch) and downsides (needs a creature). Having more creature-centric burn in G or R creates a greater variety of kill spells.
And I like having small P/T boosts as a rider, it's hard to make sorcery-speed P/T boosts worth it, but it's a nice variety to have your creatures slightly bigger for one attack.
