This week I went to the random card button and it spat out Blood Lust, which based on the name and the... very 90's art... may be somewhat different from normal bloodlust. At any rate it's notable as a +X/-X effect that's unable to kill creatures on its own, which I guess justifies it being in red instead of black. Modern cards don't often do this kind of special-casing but it does open up some interesting design space in this case.
Your challenge for this week is to design another common card that's unable to remove a creature on its own but could still be used to help remove a creature. For bonus points, use it to color-shift an effect based on not being unconditional removal anymore, the same way Blood Lust does.
Good luck and have fun!

Enchant Creature
Enchanted creature gets +3/+3 and “When this is the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice it.”
Color shifted Spinal Graft, but I think it works.
As it happens blue did get this color-shifted: Dismiss into Dream! Which I guess means it's very on-point mechanically. Nice work!
