Truthfully, the "multiple heads" flavor for multiple blockers/blocking never worked for me.
It's pretty flimsy. Would make more sense for a creature that has multiple unique entities in the art.
With two heads it's easier to see danger and avoid blockers... or something.
Oddly, this has similar flavor to Two-Headed Cerberus, but a completely different execution.
More odd than Underworld Cerberus being completely different than Two-Headed Cerberus?
Not common. Otherwise, sure.
