Isn't this basically Wall of Frost with slightly different stats, or am I missing something?
It doesn't have Defender.
A card with base power 0 and a powerful ability that works only on blocking is almost never going to be attacking anyway.
I mean, sure, but I've attacked with a lot of Kraken Hatchlings.
I suppose it's relevant with something like Celestial Flare.
It's very much a cheaper Wall of Frost, with different flavor.That could potentially attack.
For the record, I don't think "tap that creature" holds its weight in these effects. I know WOTC has done it before, but I think letting Vigilance win this particular battle is fine.
