Feels like Soul’s Fire, except it lets you target any creature. This feels much too undercosted and manipulative, as for only two mana, in EDH you can have an opponent’s creature deal damage to another opponent.
Also, the wording is wrong here. It should be:
Target creature deals damage equal to its power to target player.
