It prevents fizzling and makes it different in multiplayer, but I did that to reduce the power level (from Path to Exile+ to Celestial Flare+). It could target an opponent.

If a creature is exiled this way, search your library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle your library"
Above wording would solve the weirdness, but it's a fair bit wordier. More elegant than something like 'Only cast ~ during your opponent's combat phase' though.
Any particular reason for each instead of target? Seems bonkers in 2HG/Archenemy

Delete"Also being green" is enough of a downgrade, imo.
DeleteIt is also very weird that you can cast this on your own main phase if you just want the ramp.
