It's complicated to compare, because Gryff's Boon is the perfect card for the hyper-aggressive decks that want it.
Your card is much better in a vacuum, and I suspect that as written this is a high pick in any deck that wants to run 9+ Forests. Trample is nearly as good as flying when it comes with +2/+2.
I think this card would be more fun if it was less pushed, say, 2G upfront and 3GG to cast from your graveyard.
Any deck that actually wants this probably wants to be able to use the graveyard ability, so I'd consider just making this cost GGG and use the clean template "You may cast ~ from your graveyard."
I think it's a cooler textbox and has the benefit of synergy with devotion.
Green can bring cards back from the graveyard, obviously, but directly back onto the battlefield? That does feel more white than green. But maybe that's something that can be pushed into green for auras. Recycling natural magical energy back into the world. It doesn't feel like it's wrong or unbalanced. But it's something that green doesn't seem to do.
This is a Green Gryff's Boon, with different templating. Gryff's Boon suggests you maybe pushed the numbers here too much, but hard to say.

DeleteTrample is much weaker than flying and this costs more initially.

ReplyDeleteOh, just realized making it "cast" from the graveyard makes it compatible with green enchantress effects. Nice touch!
