I really like this, though I'm much more enamored with the second ability than the first ability. This is like a less obnoxious Isochron Scepter.
I do worry a bit that this costs the same as Call to Mind in colorless. I kind of want this to be a Ranger of Eos for copies of a 1 cost spell, which sounds like tons of fun, but would be less fun when you're casting six Serum Visions in a turn. [Okay, let me be clear, less fun for YOU when I'M casting 6 Serum Visions in a turn. I would be having a blast.]
Call to Mind costs {2}{U}. But it's true that if you cast this before your spell, the one mana discount basically nets out the same. This sack ability could cost {3}. Or, yeah, it could merely put the card on top of your library.
Apprentice Wand (UNCOMMON) 3 Artifact T: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool. Note the name of the first spell cast with mana from this ability. 2, T, Sacrifice Apprentice Wand: Return target card with the name noted with Apprentice Wand's mana ability from your graveyard to your hand.
I really appreciate the design space this mines, given how difficult it was to come up with templating that might work for it.
In fact, it occurs to me it's not that risky: you'd usually play it when you already have the card in hand, so you get the colour fixing, and then next turn it replaces itself (assuming you expect to find another source). Even if you just use it as a colourless Regrowth, it's not completely dead if you don't need the fixing.

What if it put it on top of the library instead of into your hand?
DeleteOhh yes, that's cool. When it ETBs you can stack 0-4 copies of the named instant/sorcery on top of your deck.
Delete"When ~ enters the battlefield, name an instant or sorcery card. You may put any cards with that name from your graveyard on top of your library.
DeleteT: Add one mana to cast that spell"
Like that? Not sure if I like that better than the sac trigger. I do kind of like limiting the type of card you can accelerate, though.

DeleteRisky. Maybe it could always provide mana:

If you have four Apprentice Wands in hand, how many do you have name Apprentice Wand?
